The peak is still very high even from a view from an aircraft flying in the sky over 10,000 meters.
The snow-covered mountain at the left upper part appeared to be the highest mountain in North America, Mt. McKinley.

最初の写真の斜めに走る道路は、カナディアンロッキー山脈に沿ってバンフ国立公園からジャスパー国立
公園に至る、カナダでも最も美しいと言われているパークウエイ、「Banff-Jasper Highway」と思われる。
南端で「Trans-Canada Highway Route 1」と接続している。ここでは山脈が南北に連なっているのが
見える。筆者は1962年と1974年との２回、バンフとジャスパーとを繋ぐアイスフィールドパークウェイを
自分の車で走破している。偶然にも、空から、このような景観を見て大感動！
